Through the Wish For Home (WFH) program, Managing Director of Sinar Mas Land, Alim Gunadi said that the location of the properties offered was not only in BSD.
"But there are in Batam, then there are also in Cibubur, Grand Wisata, then in Delta Mas, then in BSD. Then there are Apartments in Jakarta. Almost all of these projects have national promotions," he said in CNBC Property Week's 'Post-pandemic Property Sector Optimism' in Jakarta, Wednesday (9/6/2021). Alim said that the WFH program carried out by Sinar Mas made it easier for house seekers because there were more than 10 banks that had collaborated. Among them are Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Permata Bank, Maybank, BCA, BRI, BTN, UOB, Bank Danamon, OCBC NISP, CCB, Panin, Commonwealth and BSI. "With the 15 banks, they are given the freedom to choose attractive interest rates and offers that are most suitable for financial conditions," he said.
