Smartfren Business Services Get Smoother Thanks to Additional Frequency

Smartfren Business, a provider of information and communication technology solutions, stated that the additional 10MHz frequency spectrum in the 2.3 GHz band makes Smartfren Business' service solutions even more seamless.
Head of Strategy and Planning for Smartfren Business, Satya Fajar, said that the additional 10MHz spectrum from the 2.3 GHz auction made the solutions presented by the company better and more diverse, especially for mobility service products. With a wider band, he said, the technology and information solutions presented will be faster and smoother. “So business applications that run on cloud computing can run smoothly because of the additional bandwidth. This brings greater convenience to IKM customers," said Satya in a virtual conference. In the last 3 years, Smartfren Business has grown rapidly with an average annual growth of 60 percent. This growth is driven by the innovative technology solutions that Smartfren provides for large companies to small and medium industries (IKM). Smartfren claims that currently the number of customers from the IKM segment is more than 1,000 customers. The number continues to grow. "We will not stop there and will continue to multiply [SMI customers] because we have special products for IKM," said Satya.
